I spent Rs 1850 with two others and will come back. We had Heineken, Kingfisher, Kingfisher Masala, anchovy fries, a meal, and chappathis for lunch. The food was very tasty, service was great, and the place had good AC and a lovely dim lit ambience. Knights Table deluxe bar is just behind the reception. It’s an affordable spot in a much-loved, very old hotel in the heart of Kottayam. I went there to meet a friend, have some beer, and get lunch.

The location was fine and the staff were nice, but the room was old and shady, with a bad smell from the lack of ventilation. We couldn’t open the windows. There was also a connecting door to another room, right in front of the bathroom, and we could see through its keyhole.

There are a few ambience options, including a lounge and a local bar, with different prices. You can have a drink in either, and the local bar has decent service too. For a quieter drink, choose the premium lounge. Enjoy, guys, and drink responsibly!

At lunch with my family in the restaurant at Hotel Anjali Park, we ordered Kerala meals, chicken biryani, and chicken Schezwan noodles. The taste was average and the experience fell short of what we expected. We found small stones in both the meals and the biryani, which raised food safety concerns. I hope management takes steps to improve quality and hygiene.
