The staff are really good, and both the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The food menu was great too, and there’s parking. A small thing: water bottles cost 30 RS, which felt a bit high for a 20 RS bottle. The furniture is somewhat old and could use replacing, though it wasn’t a major problem. Rooms also start smelling after they’ve been closed for a few hours, but whenever we called room service for freshener, they were happy to spray it. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend the hotel.

The rooms, restaurant, and food were all just okay. I’m concerned that there were bed bugs in the rooms, though. I gave the hotel management evidence and hope they took it seriously and dealt with the problem.

Stayed one night. The room smelled bad and hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bathroom was filthy, with hair everywhere, and the toilet seat was broken. Really bad experience.

The receptionist was rude. My bedroom lock was broken and nobody came to repair it, and there wasn’t any drinking water in the room. The toilet was dirty, with poop stains, and even had a cockroach.
