There's no food facility here, but I still felt it was good value for money. The rooms and washrooms were clean, and the staff provided a clean towel and soap. The bed and pillow covers were clean too. The equipment was maintained properly, the AC worked well, and Wi-Fi was available and connected with the LED. In my opinion, it's the best hotel in aligarh.
At check-in they said the amount I'd paid through OYO wasn't enough and demanded extra money. The person also said that even if I spoke to anyone, he wouldn't give me a room. It was a really bad experience. The service felt unprofessional, and they didn't listen to my concerns. I'd tell people not to stay here.
The service here was very poor, and the receptionist manager didn't speak properly. This was my worst experience at a hotel. I don't think anyone should book it because it's not comfortable for anyone. Cancel its registration license and ban this hotel.
The staff or employees had no manners when talking and even insulted customers. It was ridiculous. I'd choose any other hotel in aligarh and advise people not to come here.
It's a very clean, good place, though the atmosphere isn't calm. Could be a better option if you need somewhere in an emergency.
