I found check-in quick and easy, and stayed for three nights. The hotel is conveniently placed near the railway station, metro, and several restaurants. My room was spacious and very clean, with a really comfortable bed. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the air conditioner worked well. Hot water in the restroom was a nice extra. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Bad experience with the reception staff member wearing glasses. His attitude toward customers was poor and he behaved roughly, as though he could assign rooms however he wanted.

The receptionist's dismissive, unhelpful response after our booking was confirmed was the most concerning part of the stay. Visitor restrictions hadn't been explained properly when I booked, which led to an unexpected hassle. Room service was also poor, with slow replies and basic cleanliness lacking. I expected better hospitality. I wouldn't recommend this place unless these problems are dealt with.

We were surprised and upset when staff told us our sister couldn't visit us in our room because girls were not allowed. It felt unfair and disrespectful, and made for an uncomfortable situation. Some hoteliers seem to assume the worst about guests too quickly. We also weren't offered a replacement bedsheet during our stay, which is a basic service. I can't recommend TCS Suites based on this experience. I hope they improve their guest policies and hospitality.

A nice choice for families, with budget-friendly rooms right in the city centre.
