The room had useful things like a kettle, TV, study table, and table lamp, which made it handy for both work and relaxing. It was clean, neat, and spacious, and the staff were welcoming and ready to help. I had a comfortable, satisfying stay at Super Townhouse Edasserys Kalamassery Tourist Home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Kalamassery.
2/10
Staying at Kalamassery Tourist Home was frustrating and uncomfortable. The staff were rude and very unprofessional, with little courtesy, poor communication, and a careless attitude toward guests. Service was far below expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful or decent stay in Kalamassery. There are much better options nearby. Avoid this place if you want a hassle-free stay.
10/10
Affordable, neat, and clean, with a good stay overall. The only issue was the lack of parking.
8/10
Good value for the money, though there’s no car parking, only public parking. Suitable for business or solo travellers.
10/10
Very kind staff and good service. The room was neat, and the hotel was very nice.
