The room stank and was filthy. While we were eating room service food, cockroaches came out of the tray and we had to spit out what we'd eaten. Later, one fell on my head from the shower while I was bathing. I still feel disgusted writing this. We were there for the world cup final, and the hotel is inside a mall. When I complained at the front desk, they said they knew about the problem and had done pest Control, but it still wasn't going away and asked what they could do. I was shocked and changed hotels. Book here if you want some disease.

The lobby made a great first impression, with clean, modern decor and a brick stone effect throughout. The location was convenient for Apollo Hospital and the airport, which suited my one-night stay. But the rest fell short. The room was basic and had no window. The tile grout was dark, the tiles needed cleaning, and the TV cabinets and door frames were very worn. The sliding glass bathroom door wasn't practical. The receptionist seemed uninterested, gave no welcome, and didn't explain breakfast or wifi. When I asked about an ATM, he gave directions but didn't say whether the walk was safe. Locals might know the busy, dangerous roads, but visitors like me could use some guidance. Breakfast was mostly self-service, with few choices and a cramped area. Nobody greeted guests or took hot drink orders. It felt like a budget experience, and I would've changed hotels if staying longer. The place has potential, and I hope they use this feedback to improve.

There are plenty of food options nearby, and being inside a mall makes shopping and entertainment convenient. The rooms were comfortable, with reliable facilities for a pleasant stay. The only drawback for us was having no window in our room.

The location worked well for a visit to the visa office, but the rooms weren't great. They had no windows and cockroaches all over. Breakfast was awful, with stale sambar.
