The breakfast service was poor, with most counters empty and food not replenished promptly. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and repeated calls to the help desk about different problems brought no timely solutions. There were also many mosquitoes in the rooms; we had to ask for All-Out. I booked Deluxe Rooms 202 and 203 for 07/02/2026 to 08/02/2026, booking ID 260128156182. At check-in, nobody helped with our luggage or explained the room facilities and basic amenities. Room 202 had no refrigerator, and the wash basin in 203 was visibly cracked. When I pointed it out, a staff member brushed it off as a minor scratch, which was unacceptable. The rooms were not properly cleaned either, with dirt under the beds. We received only two complimentary 500 ml water bottles, then had to pay ₹65 per litre for drinking water. That seemed unreasonable given the service. The food was very poor as well. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve had so far. Please take these problems seriously and make the necessary corrections.

The room felt neglected, with dents, dust, dirty curtains, and names written on the walls that made it look untidy and unprofessional. The hotel seems old and needs renovation and better housekeeping. Despite the name Riverview, there’s no river view at all. I wasn’t happy with my stay, and at this price the quality and cleanliness don’t justify the cost. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The washroom was cramped and unhygienic, and the breakfast was below standard in both quality and quantity. I’d booked a superior room online for 2.5k, but it didn’t feel worth even 1k. There was just one dim light. When I asked about it, they said that was the theme for that particular room. I asked to switch rooms, but they refused.

Breakfast had an enormous selection, from cut fruit and fresh juice to continental, north Indian, and south Indian dishes. The attached restaurant is worth trying, and the staff were polite and professional. We had a great stay and recommend the hotel, even though there’s no river view at Riverview. Two things could be better: the door’s electronic lock is troublesome, and the dining hall manager in the early morning was rude, or at least not guest friendly.
