The location is convenient, easy to reach from the railway station and quite close to the dargah. We also found the hospitality excellent, and the bathrooms were very clean.

Our booking was for 11:30 PM on 26th February 2025 through 7 PM on 27th February 2025. We confirmed by phone two days earlier and paid ₹500 in advance. At checkout they pulled us into a side cabin and said we'd stayed too long and owed another ₹1200, even though 24 hours hadn't passed. We had no recording of the booking call. Jogendra, who handles bookings and may be the owner or manager, showed us a recording of an earlier conversation and WhatsApp chat. He abused us and said we couldn't leave without paying. After a long argument, he accepted another ₹500 and let us go. The room was very dirty. Hot water never came despite several complaints, the AC was off even though we'd paid for it, and the TV didn't work. My family was horrified by the argument. I've never dealt with someone I considered so fraudulent. I strongly warn people considering this hotel near the station, as we experienced deception throughout. A very bad stay.

My family was horrified and couldn't handle the argument. This was a very bad hotel experience, and I'd warn anyone planning to stay at this hotel near the station about the deception we faced.

I stayed at least six days, and nobody came to clean the room, though the staff were friendly. The room itself was okay, but small, and it was a non-AC single. No hot water either, and the lift wasn't working. Rooms start on the second floor, and there's no wheelchair-accessible entrance. Food prices on the menu are very high, so eating at outside restaurants is a better option. They say outside food and drinks aren't allowed in the room. It might be fine for a day or two, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay.
