The rude, unprofessional reception staff, especially Manish, spoiled our trip. We got into an argument because we chose local travel instead of booking the hotel cab. He showed us no respect and acted as if he owned the hotel. The food was very poor, and the room condition fell short of basic expectations. We visited Ajmer recently and stayed at Hotel Baba Palace, but it was the worst decision of our trip. I'm very unhappy and dissatisfied, and sincerely ask others not to stay if they want a peaceful trip.

This feels like a cheap hostel in Ajmer. They can mislead you before you book, then bring up lots of hidden charges at checkout. Be careful with these people. Don't book a rental car through this hotel either, they are fraudulent too.

A very disgusting hotel. The owner is rude, and room service isn't good either. Please stay away from this hotel.

They charged 1800 for a room that felt worth only 800-900. There was nothing included for the price, no water or food or other facilities, just the room, and the charge was far too high for what they offered.
