The only decent part of the stay was the kitchen staff, who were much better behaved than the others. Breakfast and dinner service was poor, and they didn’t even keep proper water bottles for guests. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional too. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was terrible. Nobody received us properly or helped with our luggage, so we had to carry everything up to the room ourselves. The hotel badly lacks basic service and professionalism. Definitely not worth it.

The breakfast was poor, with only poha, puri and chole, and the food didn't seem fresh. The table and chairs were dirty too. We came from Mumbai to Ajmer for a religious visit and this hotel made the trip unpleasant. In our room, the sockets didn't work, so I couldn't charge my phone. The washroom smelled bad, was dirty, and had water backing up because the drainage wasn't clear. They even left a used soap there. After we were moved from the room we'd booked, the new bed had so many stains that it looked impossible to sleep in, and the first room had cockroaches everywhere. The hotel also lacked basic personal hygiene. Don't book here, you'll have a terrible stay.

The manager's harsh, rude manner was the main problem during my stay at Hotel Fortune Plaza. When we raised concerns, they wouldn't listen respectfully or try to help. Respectful communication is part of hospitality, and it was missing here. A very bad hotel, and I'm disappointed with the experience.

The reception guy was the one decent part of the experience. The rest of the service was unacceptable: staff were rude and acted unprofessionally toward guests, the dining area was left dirty, and food service took far too long each time. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The place needs serious improvement and isn't worth it.

The staff were really good, and for the rates, the services they manage make this a good place to stay. It's affordable and clean, so I'd consider it one of Ajmer's best options for a vacation or business trip. I don't think you'll regret the price.
