The counter staff were rude and unprofessional on the day of URS, 27/12/2025. I didn't expect that kind of behaviour from a reputed hotel. Avoid this property. There are adequate choices on dargah road.

Worst hotel. There were cockroaches and a mouse in the room, and the fan didn't work. Manager Haroon is very uneducated and they don't know how to handle customers.

The location is good, just a two minute walk from buland darwaja, and close to Dargah Sharif. It's well maintained, and the food is good too.

The rooms are in very poor condition, and the staff manager Md Haroon is rude. Highly NOT recommended in Ajmer.
