We booked for three people but got only one towel, and the toilet had no seat, which felt unhygienic. The bathroom also smelled bad and had algae on the floor. The TV was there but didn’t work. Service was slow too. We had to call twice just to get a water bottle.

The hotel is good and the service is nice, but the toilets and washroom have very heavy staining that makes them seem unhygienic. I hope the management takes care of it.

The lift was often out of service. The bathroom shaver handle was loose and came out while I was using it. When I reported it, they said the plumber wasn’t available and we’d have to manage as it was. The towel also looked used and had been folded up wet, though they replaced it after I reported it.

The outside design is really beautiful, but the rooms are short on amenities and safety. It’s a good place otherwise.

Balwant gave good service, and the tea and breakfast were good too. The bucket, mug, and toilet weren’t clean, though, and there were stains on the toilet seat. I told the management, and they cleaned them afterward.
