There’s no pantry or buffet, and no food is available on site. What they serve comes from outside and is substandard. There aren’t any basic amenities, and after checking out you have to sit under a ceiling fan. The service was very poor. The hotel itself is good, but the prices are on the high side.

The rooms aren’t spacious, though they’re good enough for the rates. It’s a basic hotel and currently has no kitchen. The owner is nice, and the staff are sociable and humble. Overall, good value for money.

I stayed with my family in what they called an AC Deluxe room, but there was hardly any space. The beds were shabby, with dirty, torn linen, the toilets were dirty, and the doors wouldn’t close. The place is absolutely filthy and unhygienic. I wouldn’t consider staying here.

If you’re looking for an ordinary place, you can go there and enjoy. It’s a low-quality place, though, and the service isn’t good.

The staff behaved well, and this was the only place in Hardoi that would open the gates for you if you arrived at night. The rooms are old. The AC stopped working in the morning because the whole city had a power failure.
