We chose Hotel Bella for a short break, and the stay was peaceful. The clean, organized lobby and convenient parking were nice, and the location made it easy to get around. My needs were met, and room service arrived on time 😊.

We had a truly pleasant stay at Hotel Bella Heights, Mcleod Ganj, Dharamshala last week, from 1st May - 3rd May, with my wife and nephews. The food was wonderful, and staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Check-in and checkout both went smoothly. Special thanks to the Manager @ Reception Mr. Lucky and HOD Mr. Naveen. Highly Recommended, and we'd definitely stay again!

Our experience with the management at Bella Heights Hotel in Mcleodganj was incredibly frustrating. Staff were unprofessional and uncooperative. Rooms appeared vacant and available, but they flat out refused to give them to us, apparently holding out for more money from other tourists. I'd strongly recommend couples and families avoid this hotel. If travelling with your partner or family, book elsewhere to spare yourself the stress. There are plenty of better hotels in Mcleodganj with honest, hospitable staff who value their guests instead of trying to exploit them.

We had a relaxing stay at Hotel Bella Heights and Restaurant. The food was delicious, service was great, and the restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

The food was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant staff were attentive. Housekeeping was amazing, and check-in was friendly. The staff were efficient, polite, and proactive, always greeting guests with a warm smile and making us feel at home.
