Ajmer junction is nearby, but you could use rapido, ola, or uber and stay somewhere else. I found this place unsafe for women, with no security, poor cleanliness, high prices, and a greedy receptionist. The rooms had one fault after another, including tap problems, a weak fan, and non-working AC. Every washroom was filthy with bittle leaf spit around. There was also a police raid at the property. I've never had such a horrible stay. Zero stars from me.

The room was a decent size, but the bedsheet and pillow cover were both really dirty. When I asked for fresh ones, they said the laundry man hadn't come that day, so they couldn't change them. There was no bathroom light either.

The place felt more like a godown than a hotel, with no lighting and a very unsafe atmosphere for women, children, and even men. It had no hygiene or facilities, and the food was pathetic. The people at the counter were drunk, and the employees were rude and arrogant. The person supposedly running the hotel sat at the counter with a cheap attitude. At check-in they ask for more money, then ignore you at checkout. They also add unnecessary items and other customers' bills, don't keep records, and don't believe you when you raise it. I can't understand the 5-star ratings. It seems some are from staff, which feels like a hilarious and malicious business practice. I wouldn't give it even one star, though that option isn't available. Don't visit Hotel HELL if you want to avoid the worst experience of your life.

They didn't change the bedsheets or pillow covers when we got the room, and they don't provide water bottles. We went to the counter to complain about all of it, but still got no room service. Cleaning was very poor, and the food service wasn't good either.

I backpacked around India for 6 weeks and am used to cheap places that can be a bit dirty. This bed was worse than any I've had, maybe the worst hotel in the whole world. I paid more than 1000 rupies for one of the worst nights of my life. A dark blanket covered the bed, so I couldn't see how dirty the “white” blanket underneath was. I could have put up with that since I always carry a sleeping bag, but when I lay down, the bed smelled horrible, like somebody had pissed in it. I really mean that. It was a nightmare. I'd rather sleep at the railway station than stay there again. Don't go.
