After the night shift changed, my husband was told the room had been sold and none were left. Five minutes earlier he'd asked for a room and said he was just coming back, and the staff hadn't asked for a token payment to confirm it. The older man on the night shift said it was gone. Yet when I checked online, other room categories at the same hotel were still available. It felt like the night staff had cheated us.

After a busy day of sightseeing, the clean, spacious, well-kept room was a peaceful place to return to. I recently stayed at Metro Inn Hotel in Ajmer, and it was more comfortable and convenient than I expected. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always ready to help.

The reception team and attendants were very satisfying and behaved well, and the guard was friendly. The hotel itself is much like other ordinary hotels. What bothered me was the waiter asking for a tip with every order. The steel utensils weren't cleaned properly, and chutney and similar items were served in already-used ones.

The service was great, and the room was comfortable. Good location too.

They charged us 500/- RS for just 15 extra minutes. They also added breakfast to the bill even though they hadn't provided it. When we objected, they said it was hotel policy and we had to pay. Staying here was horrible. Please don't go.
