You reach the property along a narrow road, with a stream running right beside the hotel and trees around the balcony. The staff were warm and helpful, and I’d count it among the best hotels in Shimla.

I’ll remember how much people helped us in Shimla. Sunrise Check In Option isnt available for OYO Shimla, so I called OYO Captain Mr. Kanwal because our bus was due to reach Chd. around 3 am. He arranged what we needed even though it was during his sleeping hours. At the hotel, Mr. Radhe Shyam, the Hotel Head, greeted us kindly, heard our request, and coordinated with Mr. Kanwal. Then Mr. Ravinder Chauhan, Hotel Driver, took us to the Bus Boarding Point for well below the exorbitant Taxi Rates. Thank you all. :)

I left first thing in the morning. The toilets hadn't been cleaned and the bed smelled bad. The location felt dodgy, and I had an ominous feeling when I arrived, but it was late at night in Shimla and I was completely exhausted, so I stayed.

The people were nice, but the room and toilet were in awful shape and clearly not maintained. The photos look like they were taken at the beginning, because the place is much worse now and the rooms don't look like the pictures.
