I booked this for my Ajmer visit on 27th feb 2021. The staff were very approachable, and they even arranged a guide at no extra charge, which made the visit a little more detailed. The double saver room does need better upkeep. The fall ceiling wasn't covered in a few spots. I'd recommend it for the staff support and service, though maintenance needs improvement.
My OYO booking and the actual stay were very different. The room was tiny and smelled bad, there were no towels or tissue paper, and the staff weren't wearing masks. The power went out several times overnight, with no backup. The charges were much higher than other places, but the amenities weren't provided. I'm a gold wizard member and was really disappointed with both the hotel and OYO. Think carefully and check all the details before staying.
I stayed for 5 days and had a good experience. The rooms were clean and hygienic.
Friendly, very courteous staff and a super stay. This hotel is a great example of guest service, and I'd highly recommend it for a budget stay.
The rooms look good, but the staff were very rude. I was disappointed with the service. They don't seem to care when a customer keeps getting abused.
