I can't comment on the service since I never got the chance to receive any. I was promised early check-in at 6:00 AM for an extra charge, but nobody opened the gate until 6:50. I rang the bell several times without a response. Very disappointing.

The staff at Avenue Inn were so welcoming and polite, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, which made the stay memorable. I'd recommend Avenue Inn if you're looking for a pleasant, comfortable place to stay. Thanks for the great hospitality!

They charged extra for a really poor room, even though the booking was around ₹800. They also wouldn't accept a soft copy of the document and charged ₹150 per copy. I'd avoid it, but it's up to you.

Visitors aren't allowed at this hotel, and the service is bad.

At around 2 am I had to find another hotel after they told me the property was sold out and couldn't give us rooms. Agoda's executive took almost an hour to tell me this, after I spent several minutes just getting connected. We'd paid the full amount in advance through Agoda and arrived late after finishing work. The hotel was hard to locate, with no sign, and the main gate was shut. The bell was switched off, and there was no contact number to call. I'd booked in advance. This was the worst hotel experience. Don't book here.
