The rooms are damp and stuffy, with no ventilation, and there are bedbugs and termites. Nothing seems to be maintained. They demanded full payment in advance, before check-in, and after taking it they seemed not to care. The welcome was also pretty sarcastic when I hadn't paid yet. I stayed in winter, so I can't say whether the AC works in summer. I'd rather pay double somewhere else and get a good night's sleep after seeing the city.

The staff were completely unprofessional, and the guest house felt like a junk yard. I still regret choosing pyramid haveli for my stay in Kolkata. I don't know why Google doesn't allow ratings below one star.

The whole OYO payment-pending issue left customers to suffer. This was my worst experience with OYO, and even though OYO knows its partner is doing this, it doesn't seem to take the matter seriously.

Beautiful room, with all the amenities and nice facilities. Service comes right to your doorstep, and the setting is great for couples.

Booking through OYO made this a terrible place to stay. The app showed one price, but hotel management refused check-in and demanded extra money. OYO customer service was awful and never available.
