There’s a drinks bar on the ground floor, and the staff and management are nice.

The rooms are decent, but the service could be more professional. Staff often take the customer lifts to carry kitchen tools or move around themselves, which is inconvenient. Hotel Executive Tower is average.

I was nervous about whether my family would like the stay, but my mom said the room was good and she felt comfortable. I booked it for my parents by calling the hotel. They quoted an affordable price and assured me the rooms were good. After I booked and paid, I sent a screenshot and they replied with the bill. The process was easy, and I’m grateful to the staff. Thank you ❤️

We found hair in the food, which was extremely concerning and unhygienic. Food was also being placed on the lift floor. Staff were often using the guest lift for their own work and occupying it for long stretches, leaving guests unable to use it when needed. During our meeting, staff presence was lacking, and many employees looked untidy, with some unshaven.

The food was great, and the service was up to the mark. The staff were very polite and their behavior was really good. For a mid-range hotel, this was the best experience I’ve had.
