Super hotel O Adri 2

The food was awful, and even the serving plates were dirty. Our room was damp, with damaged furniture, dirty bedsheets, and a bad smell. OYO showed ₹890 including tax, but the hotel wanted extra charges and told us to call OYO customer care. Very bad experience, not recommended.

I booked three nights through the website at “Super Hotel O Adri 2” in South Dum Dum, Kolkata, and checked in late at 11:30pm. My Fiancé didn’t like the room, but we were obstructed when we tried to leave the hotel. Staff were drinking beside reception, and when my Fiancé was speaking to me, she was obstructed. They didn’t provide basic amenities. The rooms were so dirty and concerning that I had to sleep there somehow.

Just a waste of money. The staff behaved very badly, and the receptionist was rude. The rooms and bathroom weren’t clean, and the phone didn’t work either. Worst experience.

The staff, rooms, and cleanliness were all so poor that I left feeling I’d regret staying here. It was a complete waste of money, not worth a single rupee. I’d strongly advise people to avoid it, though it’s your money and your decision.
