On my first trip to Kolkata, I relied on Google reviews and thought this place would be good, despite my negative past experience with OYO. I paid 320 for early check-in, but the room didn't look like the photos and the bathroom wasn't clean. It wasn't satisfactory. They told me to stay there until 12 pm, then move to another room, so what was the point of paying extra for early check-in? When I wanted to cancel, they refused a refund. I lost both the booking money and my cab money. I won't book OYO again or recommend it to anyone.

The staff were helpful, and I had a good experience. The room was clean and the location was good too.

This washroom says it all. Don't ask me for more feedback about the room. Apparently this is an OYO premium room. 😥🤩🤣

I'm Santosh ghosh. It was comfortable, with a clean room, polite staff and a convenient location. Good value for money, recommended.

The location is good, but the place was extremely bad and not recommended at all. If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give.
