The photos on OYO didn't match what I found at the property, and the facilities weren't as listed. I had a lot of trouble with uncooperative staff. The AC in my room didn't work, but the owner refused to move me. OYO didn't help at first either. I finally raised the issue on social media, and only then was I moved to another room, late at night. Poor performance.

The OYO representative was really helpful when I called. She booked it for me and then guided me step by step over the phone to find the hotel. Five stars for her help ❤️

This place seems better suited to more than two people. As a solo guest, I felt a bit unsafe. The staff behaved well and left me alone until checkout.

The room was in terrible shape. There were mosquitoes, and mold on the bathroom handles. When I came in, I found the bathroom mat on the bed. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

It was a lovely stay, and the hotel was clean and peaceful. It's in a quiet residential complex 😌.
