Brio Hotel

The stay was comfortable and memorable, with an excellent room, smooth check-in, and top-notch customer care. The courteous, attentive staff handled everything well. Hospitality, professionalism, and service were outstanding. Highly recommended for premium service and a hassle-free visit.

The food was tasty, and breakfast was included with plenty of options. Service was quick, and some of the rooms are very spacious. The hotel is close enough to walk to Manipal Hospital in salt lake, so it’s convenient if you have work there or need a checkup. Biddhannagar Police Station is nearby too, so the area feels fully secured. Overall, good.

I spent 3 days here, and the rooms were incredibly clean. The management impressed me, especially how responsive the staff were. Whenever I needed something moved or changed, they took care of it within minutes. Breakfast was convenient and decent for starting the day, and the food was okay. In Kolkata, a food city, I expected more local soul from the kitchen. Still, it was a reliable, professional stay, and I highly recommend it for the service.

I stayed at Brio Hotel Kolkata for four nights, from 11th to 15th May, and left dissatisfied. The AC wasn’t cooling properly, making the room uncomfortable, and the breakfast was below expectations, with limited and unimpressive choices. The worst issue was laundry: I handed in my clothes, and one shirt came back damaged. At checkout, staff said they’d speak with the laundry vendor and compensate me, but nothing was paid and nobody followed up. It’s disappointing that the hotel damaged my belongings and then didn’t honor its commitment. I hope management takes complaints more seriously and improves service and accountability. This stay didn’t meet the standards I expected.
