Hotel O Eminent Hotel

The rooms are small, and the AC didn’t work properly. I had a really bad experience with the staff. I’d booked online and arrived early, but they demanded extra money to let me into the room. Otherwise, they said, they would give it to someone else and cancel my booking. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Once you find it, it’s a lovely place. The rooms are cozy and well maintained, though smaller than the photos suggest, and the staff are pleasant and cooperative. There wasn’t anything in particular I wanted to complain about, but you might not get the room type you booked. They have classic and deluxe rooms, and apparently assign whichever is available. Finding the hotel can be a real struggle at an odd hour, like early morning or late at night, when there’s nobody around to guide you.

They kindly kept my luggage for a day, which I appreciated. The rooms were clean, though small, and the pictures going around don’t show them accurately. There’s food service, but the area also gives you a chance to try local food. The hotel is very neat overall, and room size was my only issue. It’s in the market, tucked away on the 3rd floor, so it can be tricky to find, but there’s a lift.

They have plenty of rooms in this single-floor hotel, and you can get an early check-in or leave your luggage in storage. The rooms and washrooms were spotless and in mint condition. It’s a sparkling new, clean, well-maintained property. Since it’s part of Oyo, the service quality is assured. 💙
