The night duty staff behaved very rudely. They told me that if I wasn't comfortable there, I shouldn't book the hotel next time. Please don't book or go to this hotel.

The staff behaved well, but the hotel itself is very low quality. The rooms and bathrooms were untidy, the blankets weren't clean, and it looked like no maintenance had been done for a long time. I wouldn't say this is a good choice for a stay.

I came back with a similar experience, and there have been several reports of money stolen from guests' rooms. I also believe the hotel authority has nexious with the room service boys. Think 100 times before booking a room here. It's up to you whether you book or not.

They don't provide complimentary water bottles, even though every hotel in delhi seems to give each person water. Some rooms look neat, but not all of them.

The outside looks good, and the location is good. The reception is gordeous, and the lift works well. Staff are good too. But the room on the 4th floor is average, and the washroom hasn't been maintained well. Overall, my impression was average.
