The main hassle was parking. The spots outside were nearly always full, while the basement entrance was so steep that I had to be extremely careful not to scrape the car’s bumpers or underside. Aside from that, I spent two days here without any complaints. The rooms were decent, and room service was quick and good. I enjoyed the food, which was available until 11 pm, and the views over the city and hills were nice. Smoking is allowed in the rooms. It was a great stay overall.

The restaurant food was average and much too expensive. Room service was the bigger problem, though. I called several times and got no response from the staff. The hotel itself is easy to find and in a good spot, and the rooms were good. If all you need for a short visit is a clean room, it could work. Just don’t count on anything extra.

The bedsheets and towels were dirty, and asking for the room to be cleaned properly only brought excuses about not having enough staff. When I said the service wasn’t satisfactory, they told me to post about it online because it wouldn’t affect them. The staff were uncooperative, and it’s hard to feel at ease in a place like that. I’m sharing this so others know what might happen during their stay. Hope this helps. 🙏

The two rooms I booked weren’t ready together. I got one at 12:15 pm and had to wait until 1:00 pm for the other, after waiting to check in past 12:00 pm. The bathrooms were dirty and cleaning was late. The staff seemed very lazy and pressured me to leave them a 5-star rating. For the price, the service wasn’t good.

I ordered dal as a business traveller just to see how the food was, and it was the worst dal I’ve ever had. Eating there left me feeling very unwell, so the food was awful. Service was poor too. I asked in the morning for my room to be cleaned while I was at work, but in the evening it was still exactly as I’d left it. Pathetic is the word. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
