We spent more than three days following up, and each time someone answered, they assured us we could just come without making a booking. When we arrived, they said there were no rooms left and everything was booked. There was no proper communication about the reservation at all. I don’t understand how a business can be run so irresponsibly. Don’t rely on their verbal assurances, or you could end up stranded on the road without anywhere to stay.

The staff were very rude, the rooms smelled, and they didn’t provide towels, drinking water bottles, soap, or even these basic things. Finding the hotel is confusing because there’s no indication at the entrance. It’s hard to believe this place even got 2*. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The room wasn’t neat, and room service was extremely poor. We had to call several times just to get towels and basic amenities, and the staff were slow and careless in responding. I’d booked two rooms after staff clearly confirmed on the phone that two were available, but at check-in they said there was only one. That’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Management and communication are terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was spacious, and having an in-room dining area made meals more comfortable. We had a decent stay for the money. The elevators could use more regular cleaning, though.

Room 102, 29.11.2025 evening 5.00pm. The geyser wasn’t working, and the receptionist responded neglectfully. I don’t know the manager’s name.
