The night duty front desk staff were very friendly, and the service was okay. I was in Chennai for Visa stamping, and the hotel is super close to the US consulate. Turn right from the hotel and walk 3 mins to a subway, cross the road, then walk another 3 mins to the consulate. If you’re here for the US consulate, the location is 5/5. The room looked okay, but the toilet smelled when I walked in. The spring mattress wasn’t very comfortable, and I wasn’t sure the white bedsheet was clean because it had lost its shine, though phone photos correct the color. I brought my own towel. If management replaces the spring bed and makes sure the bedding is clean, this could be a perfect place. I hope those things are sorted by the next time I visit, which would make the stay even more pleasant.

The receptionist at check-in was friendly. We asked to extend our stay until noon so I could finish some work, and we agreed to the extension charge. The next day’s receptionist seemed to have no understanding, may not have received a handover from the previous receptionist, and didn’t even bother to check once. I wasn’t happy with the service. The only real plus is that it’s close to the US consulate. The room and bathroom smelled bad, and the blankets, sheets, pillows, and towels were dull, unwashed, and stained. You could try it if you’re desperate for a place to stay and willing to put up with that.

There’s no parking here, despite the management claiming they provide it. You have to leave your vehicle on the road, and you won’t get a parking spot even if you’re willing to pay. The management was rude and arrogant, and the details they list are fake. Please be careful before booking.

The room was neat and clean, and room service was good. But there’s no car parking, and that was a terrible experience.
