Century Palace

I felt safe and comfortable during my two nights and three days at Century Palace as a solo female traveler on a work trip. The place is clean, the service was good, and the staff were humble and helpful. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was a pleasant and satisfying stay.

The rooms are beautiful, and the staff and managers are really good. I was very happy to visit this hotel. You should check it out too, you’ll like it.

Thanks to the century palace team, especially the service helpers. I like the service and the hotel rooms. They’ll bring tea whenever we ask, at any time, which is very helpful. Thank you for providing good rooms and the best service ☺️

The so-called complimentary breakfast was just something they picked up from a roadside vendor across the street. They should be honest and say there’s no breakfast. My room had a terrible old, damp, musty smell. They tried to fix it by spraying a ridiculous amount of air freshener, so even the towels smelled of it. I felt like I was wiping myself with the spray. Absolutely disgusting. Honestly, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
