OYO 5045 Apartment NKS Leo Inn

I've visited OYO 5045 Apartment NKS Leo Inn twice. It's in a calm, convenient part of Thoraipakkam, and the staff are mostly polite, though room service can be slow. On the first visit, the double room had lovely graffiti walls and a nice ambience. The triple room on my second visit was less luxurious by comparison, and water pressure was very weak in both the bathroom and wash basin. It's a decent stay, but check the room before you settle in and ask for a better one if you're not satisfied.

The manager was very friendly and helped us get our bearings since we were new to Chenna.i city. The single rooms are pretty good, room service is good, and they'll bring breakfast to your doorstep. Each block has Wi-Fi routers and the connection is pretty fast. The hotel is near prestige tower and close to karapakkam bus stop.

Right beside Capgemini prestige towers, the hotel has staff and management available 24x7. Rooms can be booked for triple or double occupancy. They provide good mattresses, AC, TV, an iron and table, a study table and chair, and two fans. Breakfast is available, with paratha, pouha, upma, juice, and tea. Wi-Fi is there, though the speed isn't up to mark. Lunch and dinner can easily be arranged through a nearby restaurant with home delivery.

In my experience, the hotel needs to improve a few things. There was no name board, and the OYO pictures didn't match the room I got. Hospitality wasn't available, yes, really. I asked for water when I checked in and still hadn't received it an hour later.
