The door lock didn't feel secure, and the paint on the room walls was bubbling and peeling. I arrived with my family at 5:30 in the morning and waited over 45 minutes while they processed everything. The response was very slow, and they asked for more than 50% above the amount OYO had shown.

The AC was dripping water onto the floor, and there was a bad smell in the room, maybe coming from the bathroom. Check-in was frustrating because the reception staff were rude and unhelpful. The room itself was dusty, with stained bedsheets, and didn't feel hygienic or comfortable. I wouldn't recommend staying here. You can find much cleaner places with better service for the same price.

At 1 a.m., staff knocked on the door and demanded more money, saying our payment only covered 12 hours. They wanted another 1,500 rupees on top of the 1,500 we had already paid, even though the amount shown on OYO was 1,200 rupees. Awful staff behavior.

Booking a stay here felt unsafe, especially for anyone traveling with family. I wouldn't risk it.

Cockroaches were everywhere, and the place was dirty and unhygienic. I only stayed four hours. Such a waste of time, I barely felt like leaving a rating. This place needs to be renovated before anyone should stay here.
