OYO 28783 Hotel Vaishali

MakeMyTrip’s team found me another hotel, which I appreciated, because I couldn’t check in at Hotel Vaishali in Ajmer after paying the full amount in advance. The rooms and bathrooms were very dirty, and there were no facilities. It felt like a house of about 100 square yards carrying the Oyo name, not a hotel. The OYO officers were asleep. A really bitter experience with Hotel Vaishali and OYO, and a complete waste of time and money. Please don’t book it.

I ended up paying again to stay at another hotel in Ajmer after wasting my money here. I’d booked and paid everything in advance, but couldn’t check in at Hotel Vaishali when I arrived. The rooms and bathrooms were very dirty, and there were no facilities. It looked like a house of about 100 square yards with the Oyo name on it. OYO customer service was no use when I called. The officers were asleep, and this hotel brings OYO’s name down. A very bitter experience.

The rooms are unhygienic, and both the room and bathroom are very small. There’s no food available, so you have to order from outside, and there’s no dining table in the room. My genuine advice is not to stay here. Good luck.

The room was dirty and smelly, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and the pictures were fake. On top of that, the staff and owner were both rude and disrespectful. They also argued over the price I’d booked at, and I should’ve cancelled right then. Be careful. The room wasn’t worth even half the booking price, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here for even one day.
