The bed was really soft and comfortable, and the room itself was good. Bathrooms were quite small, the toilet seat uncomfortable, and there was no toilet paper. They also didn’t give a blanket for the extra mattress. Room service was nice, though the owner was somewhat rude and didn’t provide a food bill. The staff seemed inexperienced, but they weren’t rude and took mistakes being pointed out calmly. Food was average, and the price was good for three people. I booked through oyo. With wifi and complimentary breakfast, it was 769 for one person or 999 for two. For that price, I’d say it’s worth it.

The water bottle marked “bisleri” wasn’t sealed. They’d filled it from their water filter, though the water tasted fine. Breakfast came on time, and the room service was good. We were two sharing a pretty good room, with both hot and cold shower water. Towels, shower gel, soap, and moisturizer were provided. Wifi was fast. For lunch or dinner, veg or non-veg, you have to walk 5-7 mins. Overall, I had a good stay.

Breakfast doesn’t include eggs, and you may have to wait 10 to 15 min for hot water. Still, this is one of the best places to stay in Ajmer, especially for being near dargha and the railway station. They provide 100% privacy. I’d book here without hesitation.

The WiFi was VERY bad. I wouldn’t trust it for online payments because it would probably get stuck. Apart from that, it’s a great place to stay. The interiors were lovely, the food was pretty good, and I got a good deal through oyo. Totally recommended!

Bole to mazaa aa gya. When I visited ajmer on 14/08/17, the reception staff gave me a warm welcome at payal hotel. The rooms were luxurious, neat, and clean, but still affordable. Service was very good, and breakfast arrived on time, with tasty food and enough to eat. On my next visit to ajmer, I’d like to stay at hotel payal again.
