I booked online through OYO, but the hotel owner wouldn't give me a room. I had to look around at the last minute and ended up staying at another hotel offline. A very bad experience. Don't book here.

The hotel staff behaved rudely. They cancel your booking without permission if you booked at a low price. Third class hotel.

The hotel staff are very rude and don't treat customers well. They also misbehave with ladies. This is the worst hotel in the ajmer.
