We couldn't find the hotel, and the taxi drivers didn't know the place either. I had already spoken with the hotel about my booking, but when we tried calling for directions, nobody answered. OYO services couldn't help us locate it, either. It was a very disappointing situation. By God's grace, we managed to make other arrangements, or we would have been left at the station, with nowhere familiar to go, in the middle of a cold night. I can show my call records as proof.

The manager's service was very poor. He asked us to clean the room because his staff were on leave. He didn't know which AC worked and which didn't, and the place was unhygienic overall. The furniture drawers still had garbage from previous guests, even after we asked repeatedly for it to be cleaned. There was no dustbin or doormat, the bathroom lights weren't proper, and the switches weren't either.

A very good place to stay with family or friends.

My first poor experience at Oyo Hotels. The team didn't keep its commitments, and Oyo customer care hadn't recorded my early check-in details properly. The AC was very poor quality, and the facilities didn't match the services promised by the OYO brand.

The hotel service was very bad. Both the staff and owner were rude. Worst hotel.
