It felt more like a PG than a hotel, and we had to compromise on everything. The rooms were unhygienic, staff were scarce, and basic things like packaged drinking water, meals, and TV weren't available. We were told dinner wouldn't be available before 9 PM. When we called at 9, staff told us to order from Swiggy instead. Breakfast wasn't available before 9 AM either. A very bad experience last night.
The location worked especially well for the wedding function across the street. The stay was pleasant, with a clean, quiet room and kind staff. I had no problems and would recommend it.
There was no lift, and the place didn't meet Oyo standards. The toilet was dirty and there was no toilet paper. The linen was dirty too. They changed it when I asked, and it looked washed, but there were still a lot of stains.
The rooms were in very good condition, and the food was good too. The staff were friendly and helpful, so it’s a comfortable place to stay.
The Wi-Fi had no speed, and the AC remote didn’t work. Even though I’d booked an AC room, I had to turn it off.
