I wasn't happy with the stay. As a solo traveler, I was given a very basic room I hadn't chosen, and it wasn't clean. There were ants, the mosquito repellent wasn't refilled, and at night I saw little flies on the bed. They hadn't told me during booking that they would call my parents, but they did. The restaurant needs work too.

No towels, poor management, and a bad attitude. They treated us like we were staying for free. I don't know why this hotel has a 4.8-star rating, it feels like a scam.

I didn't stay at the hotel, just went to its restaurant for dinner. The food tasted really good and the place stays open late, but the service made the visit disappointing. The person taking our order seemed very young and unsure how to handle things, refused two of the dishes, and took a long time to bring the food. With better service, this could be a great pairing of good food and good service. Go if you want, but be prepared.

We had a nice stay, and both the rooms and bathrooms were clean. There’s a lift, too. A few things could be better: the official checkout time is 9am, which feels too early; there’s no room service for tea or coffee; and there should be some entertainment, like a TV, for the room rent. Still, a good stay. Thank you.
