Hotel City Pearl by OYO Rooms

The room wasn't clean, the bathroom hot water and Wi-Fi weren't working, and they charged extra for a water bottle.

Cleanliness gets -2/10 from me, and I'd give the hotel 1/10 overall. They ask 1500 for a room that feels worth 500 per day. There's no parking space, and the rooms shown in the images are 99% different from the actual rooms. Basic items like soap, a towel, and a door mat weren't provided, and the toilet jet spray didn't work. My overall suggestion is not to stay here.

I cancelled the booking 2 days in advance, after paying an advance, but they still haven't refunded my money. The staff and receptionist were very rude, including on the phone, and they refused to send the amount back. Their behavior toward customers is third class. I want the manager to refund my money. Please don't book here, the staff don't understand politeness, humility, or customer service, and treat customers very badly.

There isn't a single window, just a curtain hanging on the wall like decoration, so there's no ventilation. The rooms are very, very dirty, and the bedsheet is bright white but covered in lots of fuxxxxxxxxng marks. The bathroom makes you feel like you'll omit, and the water tab looks like it was manufactured in year 1857. The TV doesn't work either. After all that, this hotel seems meant for hour basis clients/couples only. I wouldn't recommend it to others.
