The rooms are average, parking is plentiful, and cleanliness is okay. If you're on a tight budget, book a non AC room only if you get it below 1400. Otherwise, choose an AC room if you can get one around 2000, since even the Christmas weather was too hot. People have reported bedbugs, so be careful. We got bitten too, and thought it was mosquitoes, but it looked like bedbugs. Breakfast is shown as an offering, though reviews say they don't provide it.

Baywatch Resort in Alappuzha has pleasant, well-kept surroundings, but the rooms could be much better. They were manageable for a short stay, though. It's decent, just not quite worth the price.

I called after booking through Agoda to sort out a booking issue. I realized the misunderstanding was on my side and apologized politely, but the owner replied with abusive language, including “poda maira.” That was very unprofessional. Customers should be spoken to respectfully. A very disappointing experience.

They confirmed the booking and agreed to all the conditions, then denied us a room at the last minute. Their behavior was very bad. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The spacious room and lovely ambience were real positives. The complimentary breakfast was quite good, and the price was reasonable compared with other beachfront resorts. The housekeeping team, especially the women, were friendly and very supportive. But the older man in charge wasn't pleasant with customers and needs to improve his attitude. There also weren't any activities to enjoy the beach breeze in the evening, which was a missed chance and left me a bit disappointed. It was a decent stay, with good people, especially the housekeeping lady.
