The bedsheets and towels were very clean and well maintained, and the bathroom also had dental and shaving kits for guests. This is a relatively new hotel, so the 2023 Google Street View is out of date and doesn’t show it. We arrived in Alleppey around 6am, and the front desk person was helpful. A non-prepaid auto from the railway station cost 80 rupees. Breakfast was complimentary and really nice. We also had chicken biryani and egg fried rice for lunch, both very good. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Autos passing outside made it easy to get around. The hotel staff had messaged us beforehand to tell drivers it was near Federal Bank, near Kottarappalam, which helped a lot. I’d love to stay here again.

We spent two nights here, and the amenities were super class. The property is centrally located, within walking distance of the beach and market. The staff were very helpful, especially the gentleman at the front desk. When heavy rain came, he arranged transport and understood our concerns. Manager Mr George was kind and helpful too. I’d stay here again whenever I come back.

Getting here by car was stress-free thanks to the on-site parking. The location is handy for both the beach and temple. The hotel felt brand-new and spotless, and the staff were warm and attentive.

Cloud 11 had a peaceful feel, and the airy rooms were neatly arranged with all the essentials. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. A good pick in Alappuzha if you want comfort at an affordable price.

Cloud 11 is clean and quiet, with spacious, well-maintained rooms and a fresh, modern look. The staff are polite and quick to help. It works well for a relaxing holiday or a short business stay in Kerala.
