Hotel Revis Heights

There are some real maintenance problems: broken cupboards in many rooms, oily, slippery and damp bathroom floors, and room service doesn't answer when called. There's only one small lift in service, and it breaks down often. On the plus side, the location is good and the room is spacious.

I ordered paneer butter masala, but there was no paneer in it, just masala. The roti was cold and as crisp as a papad. What a terrible meal. They should be ashamed to serve tourists food like this.

The room was spacious and the AC worked, and there's a restaurant inside the hotel. But the towel was old, the floor felt sticky, and the room seemed unhygienic to me. The hotel needs maintenance. Its only real advantage is the location near Alleppey beach and other access points.

A budget stay that works well for friends or families. The rooms are kept to a good standard, and the service is one of the main reasons to visit. The food could be better, but overall the accommodation is good.
