The location made getting around easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We found the room small, but comfortable, clean, and well cared for, with a lovely feel to the place. We didn't try the food. There were snacks and drinks in the mini fridge for an extra charge. We had a pleasant stay and would gladly come back. Good value, too.

Parking was the main drawback at Park Residency, Palayam, Calicut. The space is very narrow and limited, and getting a full-size SUV in or out on such a busy street was difficult. I had asked for a non-smoking room, but could still smell cigarette smoke inside. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and good value, and the washroom was decent and well maintained. Those parking and smoke issues did affect my stay.

It's close to SM street(Mittaitheru) and the railway station. My room was comfortable, clean, and well kept, and the service was great. Good value for money, and I'd recommend it for a comfortable stay.

I arranged a group stay at Park Residency, Palayam as a tour operator, and the management kept everything running smoothly. My whole group enjoyed the service, and the staff were warm, professional, and cooperative. Our guests felt welcome and well looked after throughout. The friendly service is why I'd recommend Park Residency, Palayam for a stay in Kerala, particularly for group tours. Thanks to the team for making the trip memorable.

Parking was a real problem. The bar customers' bikes take up the tight parking area, so there was nowhere to leave my car. I had to use paid parking about 100 metres away, though they refunded the cost. I wouldn't recommend it for families.
