Stayble Homestay

We had agreed on extra charges after talking for 2-3 hours about extending our stay, but later they denied that the discussion had happened. They demanded payment for a full day, argued with us, and three family members came into the room shouting. Each gave a different explanation: one said guests had arrived and left because we were supposedly away, another said they had canceled a booking expecting us to extend, and the third said there had been no discussion. They even blocked the door and tried to stop us leaving until we paid an amount they had just made up. The owners and their family were extremely unprofessional. The room smelled awful as soon as we entered, looked shady, and felt like an hourly rental. The bathroom was filthy and lacked basic amenities, while the sheets, curtains, and rest of the room were dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned before our arrival. The whole place felt unsafe and uncomfortable. It was unhygienic and unsafe, so stay far away.

The dispute with the owner and family was the worst part. After 2-3 hours discussing an extension and agreeing on the charges, they denied it, demanded a full day's payment, and argued aggressively. Three family members came into the room shouting, each with a different explanation: one said guests had come while we were away, another said a booking had been canceled because they expected us to extend, and another claimed no extension had been discussed. They stood in the doorway to keep us from leaving and pressured us to pay extra. The stay felt unsafe and badly managed from the start. The rooms smelled awful and the color scheme made the place feel like an hourly-rate lodge. The bathroom was filthy, unhygienic, and had no basic facilities. The sheets and curtains were dirty and clearly not washed before we arrived. One of the worst and most unprofessional stays I've had. Absolutely not recommended.

We had plenty of space in the rooms, and the bathrooms were clean. It was peaceful, close to the city but away from the hustle. I liked not having to climb into a bunk bed like at other hostels. Definitely recommend.

A calm, comfortable place to stay for a reasonable price. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the host was courteous and humble. Good value for money, and I'd recommend it.
