The hotel is away from the city, with no shops nearby, and the outside may feel a bit awkward at first. Inside, though, the rooms were nice and there was plenty of outdoor space for kids to play or run around. Staff were helpful, and the kitchen stayed open all night, so we could get milk or water for our baby whenever we needed it. Breakfast was good too, and they made paratha for my baby when I asked. We had a good experience with the rooms, food, and service.

The staff were humble, polite, and really prompt, and the rooms were clean. The chicken curry was thick and tasty, and the alu paratha was good. But the sewaiya payesh and the sabzi with puri weren’t good, and the fish fry was soggy from gravy instead of properly fried. Alu chokha wasn’t available at first, though we did get some later. There’s dust on the cupboard, dressing table, windows, and furniture, and the WC was mossy inside and needed cleaning. We had to eat on the bed because there was no table, and there were no tissues with meals or in the room. They should also use covered bins instead of open ones. Food needs more variety and improvement, but we still had a good stay overall.

I had a bad experience here, though I can’t say whether this happens every time. There was no attached restaurant, and at times no food service. They might say the cook is unwell, leaving you to sort out food yourself, even though there isn’t a good restaurant nearby. This isn’t really a hotel, it’s a room in a residential apartment, so it’s very hard to find. The reception is on the fifth floor, and I spent about 20 minutes there before anyone could locate me.

Once we arrived, the staff gave us good service and the food was decent, with a homely feel. They can cook for you, but the menu is limited. The room itself was clean and fine. It’s a guest house in a large apartment building on the fifth floor, around 4 km from Bhubaneswar railway station. An auto costs about 150 rupees, but most drivers we tried didn’t know the hotel. The contact number listed through Make My Trip or OYO wasn’t working properly, so we had to call OYO customer service to reach the hotel contact. It would be much better if the place were visible from the road and easier for guests to find.

It feels like home and seemed quite safe for families. The staff and manager were good, and you can get food that’s almost like home cooking. The listing describes the place accurately: it’s a four-bedroom apartment of 1,800 square feet, and there are two apartments with nearly 3,600 square feet between them. It’s exactly 300 metres from the Nayapalem flyover in Bhubaneswar.
