OYO Flagship 75298 Moonlight Guest House 3

I stayed five days and they never cleaned my room. They didn't even give me the room I'd booked. The hot water and AC listed earlier weren't available, and the TV was broken. The staff were bad, and the owner never answered any of my calls. On arrival they told me to leave if I wasn't satisfied, without returning my money. Very bad.

The reception man threatened me when he demanded extra money. I refused, and he told me to leave the hotel or he'd beat me. The management is stupid, and the behavior was completely out of line. This felt unsafe. If negative ratings were an option, I'd give one. Don't book here.

Calling this guest house “poor” doesn't capture how bad it was. I felt it would have been safer and better to spend the night on the roadside. The rooms had broken, damaged things throughout, and there were no facilities. I couldn't even find a charging point for my phone. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I don't know how OYO certified the place.

I really loved the atmosphere at moonlight guess house-2. The building has great interior design, and the stay felt like being at home. They also have different kinds of tasty food. It was an awesome stay.
