This OYO was quite cheap at 2200 per night, but the rooms were very average and didn't match the other OYO places in town. They weren't very clean, though they had AC, and the service was average. The building itself is new and clean, but the switches and fans are old. There is no ramp access, wheelchair-accessible entrance, or wheelchair-accessible elevator. The restroom/toilet, seating, and parking are wheelchair-accessible.

The rooms were clean and there’s space for families or groups in the four-bed room. It’s a quiet, pleasant place near the popular boat house boarding point. A nice spot to stay.

The stay itself was okay, but Mr Prasad, the owner/manager, still owes me money he took in August. He has stopped answering my calls and hasn’t replied to my messages. I’m appalled by how unprofessional this is, and it’s unfortunate to have to say so here. I’d advise clients to be cautious about this.

The location is a plus, close to Ramada hotel. Service wasn’t good, though. You have to ask for everything each day, and there’s no power backup.
