We got only 3 hours of sleep. They woke us early at 6:00 o'clock in the morning after changing our house boat at 3:00 o'clock at night. The replacement room was very bad, with dirty mattresses, a messy and small room, and a washroom in very bad condition. The staff weren’t cooperative and told us to compromise with the situation. The AC wasn’t switched on all day or at night, and my family and I suffered from suffocation. When we complained, staff ignored us. Only after we spoke strictly did they move us to another boat in the middle of the night. When we told the manager everything while leaving and asked for a waiver, he refused. The staff were uncooperative throughout. The worst experience of my life 😡😡🤬🤬🤬

We also took their houseboat for a day cruise, and it was awesome. The resort stay was wonderful for one night, with welcoming, attentive, polite staff and everything taken care of. The rooms were clean, and the food and drinks from breakfast through dinner were absolutely delicious, probably better than outside because they were so well made. The hospitality was superb, and I can’t fault anything. Thank you to everyone at Anugraha innn for making it memorable. I’ll definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff were polite. I only stayed a day, but had a peaceful, relaxing time. The room was super clean, cozy, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed.

Great value for money. At Anugraha Inn, I had a comfortable, relaxing stay in a clean, cozy room with a lovely attached bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
