I regularly stay at Fab hotels, but this was the first time I felt cheated by one of their hotels, and I’ve lost trust in Fab hotels. I booked through the app and paid ₹2200 upfront using “pay now” on 12th March at 8am. They confirmed by message. I was flying to Delhi, and after I arrived, I got a message saying my stay had been moved to another hotel 2.5 km away. The hotel told me they had no room and had changed the booking. How could they show availability and take my payment if there was no room? They said I could contact customer care if I didn’t want the other hotel. That place didn’t even have a room rate of ₹1200, much less the ₹2200 I paid. I don’t know why they’re cheating customers this way. Customer care agreed to refund us, but even after three days I hadn’t received it.

We were a family with two kids, waiting there at 8:30 in the morning after they promised early check in. At 10:30, with us still waiting, they said all the rooms were booked and offered a room at a nearby hotel belonging to their friends. It was third class. They said they’d overbooked beyond capacity and seemed to think we’d accept that place. I asked why they’d wasted our time and cheated us like this. Wicked, fraudulent people. God will punish them.

I’d like to come back for the clean rooms and good service. During my work trip, I stayed one night and they served me warm food when I arrived at 11:30 pm. Breakfast was good too, and they let me freshen up before continuing my travels. A really nice place to stay. Best wishes to the staff, keep it up.

Helpful, polite staff made everything easy and comfortable. The room was neat, clean, and had everything I needed to feel at home. It was a peaceful, comfortable stay, and a solid choice for a work trip or a short visit.
